You retain all rights to the content you create within the App. Your journal entries, reflections, and personal data remain your property. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

4. Privacy and Data

Luna processes all data on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your journal entries on external servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how your data is handled.

5. AI-Generated Content

The reflections, insights, and mood analyses provided by Luna are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for personal reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Luna. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws. The Luna name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of the developer.
